Equipped with modern and comprehensive manufacturing equipment and utilities, Jaychem operates two separate manufacturing processes: one for the manufacture of personal health products and another for animal health products

All suites are supplied with ISO class 8 air as well as extraction. Manufacturing vessels and delivery pipes are 316 stainless steel and most vessels are positioned on load cells for accurate batch production

Products can be manufactured, packed and supplied in a variety of forms and pack sizes, or supplied in bulk packs as required

Jaychem is a registered facility and a licensed manufacturer of veterinary medicines under the Agricultural Compounds & Veterinary Medicines (ACVM) Act. Regular internal and regulatory audits are performed to maintain these high standards and to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement
